Shipping policy

Quinlynn Pattison currently ships to the United States, Canada, Ireland, and UK.

International customers may be responsible for VAT, customs fees, or import duties charged by their country upon delivery.

Standard shipping is estimated at 5–7 business days, or 5-8 business days if shipping outside of the United States. Express shipping is estimated at 1–2 business days. Custom commission orders and original paintings are estimated at 7–10 business days due to additional packaging and protection requirements. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Quinlynn Pattison is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Original paintings include insured shipping at no additional cost.

All commission sales are final and nonrefundable. For all other return or replacement inquiries, please review our Return Policy.

Prints are packaged in envelopes (5x7 size) or in a protective sleeve with backing (larger than 5x7 size) to help prevent bending or damage during transit. Original paintings are packaged with protective transfer paper and bubble wrap inside a custom shipping box. Magnets are packaged with tissue paper cushioning inside their box.
